Comma Partners is focused on getting the best outcome for both their candidates and clients, sharing insightful candidate profiles with clients and providing them with a perspective on each candidate and what they, as an individual, can bring to an organisation and project.
As a result, I know that my profile isn’t going to be a match for every client. This means I might not attend as many interviews, but it’s better to come to an interview knowing that you are already a good fit for much of what the client is looking for. Comma Partner’s clients only need to look through a small number of high-calibre, relevant CVs then reflect on which profiles might best suit their organisation and interim need, interviewing candidates who are all suitable and capable, and choosing the best fit.
You might expect this to be the service every recruitment or interim resource provider would offer, but in reality, Virginia stands out as an exception on the market rather than the rule.
