Debbie’s operational experience covers research, sales, marketing and corporate communications. She has over 20 years’ in-house experience, four years of which was as a director of a global beverage company. She has been involved at a senior level in a range of communication and change management projects including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, restructuring, relocation, a management buy‐out, MMC/OFT enquiries and global expansion and so understands the demands of the commercial environment.
For the last 17 years she has been running her own consultancy specialising in executive coaching and mentoring and employee engagement. Debbie’s clients include BBC, BT, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, GE, GSK, Kantar Europanel, FCA, Hilton, OECD, Lloyds Banking Group, Nomura, Ofqual, PEI Media, RBS, Scotia Bank, Sanofi Aventis, Unilever, Veolia, Visa Europe and World Gold Council.

Accredited Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership, Executive Coaching and Mentoring with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Certificate in Coaching Supervision (ILM) and a Master’s Certificate in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI Steps 1 and 2) and Index 360 suite of diagnostics, 3 Principles Based Coaching.
We broke down seemingly complicated scenarios into actionable plans and milestones. Debbie shared and helped me choose from a range of tools and frameworks that were appropriate to my problems.
