We’re thrilled to be supporting our client as they appoint a high-flying Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their high-performing team.

The Senior IC Managers are the Head of IC’s right-hand people, able to deputise and step in to problem solve, make decisions and support them to be able to focus on the wider strategic objectives.

Sound like you?

• You’re an accomplished internal communications pro with solid experience delivering gold standard internal comms strategies at manager / senior manager level
• You’re an expert in communicating in a complex, global organisation, highly skilled at creating narratives for the organisation’s subcultures
• You’ll be building solid relationships with key stakeholders from day one, so you’ve got to be confident in influencing and supporting leaders as a trusted advisor
• You’ll be a natural leader with strong experience managing teams, able to delegate, motivate and support colleagues to be their best
• You’ll love to measure and demonstrate value – utilising robust research to evidence the high standard of IC you deliver – and always looking for ways to improve
