Olivia has spent a varied, 25-year career working with and on boards, specialising in strategy, marketing and communication. This, allied to an avid interest in brain science, motivation and impact led very naturally to work in executive coaching and development. Innately curious and questioning, she helps people to analyse their experiences, deepen insights and build self-awareness.

Coaching style

Olivia has a highly empathic and intuitive approach. She uses her insights and her own business experience to challenge clients in a fearless and demanding yet encouraging and supportive way. She believes that setting meaningful and motivating goals is critical to success, being solution-focused and future-oriented in her approach. Olivia helps clients to understand their unique strengths, their impact on others, how their strengths can be over or underplayed and how this information can be used in day-to-day business.

Olivia enjoyed a highly successful career as a marketing and communications director. Most of her work was in or for global organisations, including Arup, Canon, Costain Group, Grant Thornton and Unilever. For the last few years, she has been working with CEOs and their teams on developing and delivering strategy. She has served as a trustee and international board member for the International Association of Business Communicators, including being Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
