Tracy was one of Comma’s Interims before she joined Comma Partners. Her career spans HR, marketing and internal and corporate communications in a variety of sectors. The first 20 years was with an employee owned, chemical company where she learned very early on what true collaboration and involvement was all about. She has had high expectations from every organisation she has worked for since.
After taking a year out to travel when she was 40 she returned to communications, primarily on a freelance basis, in Banking, Professional Services, FMCG and in the Public Sector before joining Comma in early 2020.
Tracy lives in a small village in beautiful Northamptonshire where chicken keeping, cycling and walking are now part of her very happy daily routine.
