What could a Comma coach do for me or my organisation?

Comma offers different types of coaching – business and personal

  • One-to-one business coaching within a client organisation for different levels of leaders – from executive board level and change programme directors to divisional and functional heads to those working in communications, engagement and change. The individual may be leading the change, impacted by change or advising others on managing change.
  • Coaching to support an organisational change or transformation programme. Comma can supply a coach or a cohort of coaches to help facilitate individuals and teams going through change. Coaching support can be built into the design of the change programme.
  • Personal coaching for anyone who feels they would benefit: returners to work, those considering a change in career direction or want to get more out of their jobs, or maybe need a confidence boost. Comma will help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives and unlock their potential. They will also be brilliant sounding boards.
How do Comma’s coaches work?
Comma’s coaches are very flexible. They can work on a one-to-one basis, or with teams of any size. They tend to offer a programme of sessions, typically two hours per month for six months.
How much does a coach cost?
Coaching costs will vary, depending on whether it is for an individual or a team and whether it is for a one-off session or a programme of sessions.
