Interim Internal & Change Comms Lead
Please note, this role requires bilingual proficiency in English and French, and candidates must be either based in Paris or able to travel to Paris at least twice a month.
This initial six-month contract will suit an experienced change communications professional who can bring gravitas and strategic thinking to a company as they approach significant change.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading on the change communications for two upcoming projects: an office move and a strategic business change
- Partnering with the People & Culture Lead for the EMEA region to define a communications strategy
- Oversee business-as-usual (BAU) communications for the region, including leadership messaging and town halls.
- Keep employees informed and engaged throughout upcoming periods of change
Skills and experience required
- Extensive change communications experience gained in complex global programmes
- Familiarity working on people-focused change
- A strategic communicator with presence and gravitas
- Bilingual French/English
