As the market continues to pick up, we’re pleased to share an exclusive outside IR35 interim role for our network. This is a key role in a complex transformation and would suit an interim manager who is comfortable working in a programme environment, often in times of ambiguity and constant change.

Proven experience as a global change communications professional

Hands-on experience on a complex organisational design / Target Operating Model (TOM) change programme, working as part of a wider programme team

Experience supporting a digital transformation programme
- A strong background working as an interim is desirable
This role has a hybrid working model of one day per week in the central London office. The successful candidate will need to be available to start from early March.
