What does an Internal Communication Change Manager do?
Internal Communication Change Managers or Internal Communication Change Specialist roles tend to support major change programmes, often leading a workstream on internal communications within an overall change programme. For example, for a digital transformation programme or a major office move. They will often have dotted lines – one into the head of the project management team and one to the internal communications department.
