What does an Employee Engagement Manager do?
They will often take the lead on identifying how best to engage employees with the strategy of an organisation, helping employees understand how they fit into the bigger picture and the value add that they and their roles deliver. They will involve employees / get feedback on decisions / policies that affect them – giving them an employee voice and will then work to ensure that these views are taken into account by an organisation.
They are also often responsible for the delivery of the annual staff survey and/or employee engagement survey and working with managers and employees to ensure that areas in which employees are unhappy are addressed.
