Our client, a global healthcare market leader, is in need of a standout Change Comms Manager to join at an exciting and crucial time for the business as they merge business functions to create a high performing division.

🏢2 days in the office per week

Working very closely with the newly appointed Divisional HoIC, the Senior IC Partner will take charge on comms for the integration of a team of 300 into the new division.

You’ll have change experience, gained through similar transformations (M&As etc.) and be comfortable working with ambiguity and rerouting plans as needed. You’ll be skilled at engaging colleagues and translating this feedback and data to SLT to shape the strategy. There’s a preference for someone with familiarity with regulatory compliance processes.
