£55k – £60k | 12-month FTC | Herts (Hybrid)
We’ve partnered exclusively with a well-known retailer to find them an experienced change communications Manager on an initial 12-month contract paying up to £60k.
This role will lead on change communications for an upcoming technology change programme, ensuring that messaging is aligned, coordinated and lands in an engaging way with employees, both office and non-office based. The role will also play a key part in supporting the launch of a colleague app, helping ensure it becomes a trusted, go-to space for communication and engagement.
The successful candidate will be a senior communications professional with strong experience in change management and internal communications, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation. They will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement, supporting key strategic projects and leading on major campaigns.
The hiring manager is looking for someone to start as soon as possible, though would consider candidates on a one-month notice period. The head office is in Hertfordshire and they have a 2 – 3 day p/w office policy.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering high-quality communications for technology and business transformation programmes
- Work with key stakeholders on a technology transformation programme to ensure comms are aligned
- Lead the comms approach for the rollout and adoption of a new colleague app
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and support the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement on business projects
- Contribute to planning and delivery of colleague events
