We’ve partnered exclusively with a leading professional services firm to find them an experienced Workday Change Communications Lead. The role will ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and confident in adopting new Workday processes and systems, working closely with the internal communications team, programme team and business units to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications that drive adoption and reinforce business change.
- Develop and implement a Workday change communications strategy aligned to programme objectives and timelines.
- Identify key audiences, messages, channels, and engagement approaches for each stakeholder group.
- Ensure communications are tailored to the level of impact, audience needs, and preferred communication channels.
- Work closely with Internal Comms Team, Change Management and functional leads to translate programme changes into clear, understandable messages.
- Ensure content is consistent, accurate, and aligns with the overall programme messaging and group wide branding and internal communication plan.
- Work with the Change Management team to support adoption campaigns.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of communications activities.
- Proven experience as a Change Communications Lead on large-scale HR, Payroll, Finance, or ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of Workday (desirable)

Experience developing and executing multi-channel communications strategies
- Deep knowledge with internal communications tools and digital channels (Intranet, email campaigns, collaboration platforms).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in multi-country or global programmes.
- Ability to translate complex technical and process changes into clear messages for a broad audience.
This is a fully remote role and has a bonus scheme of up to 15% as well as employer pension contributions of 9%.
