The HoIC will be the driving force leading comms for the newly integrated division. They’ll own the strategy creation, its implementation and rolling up their sleeves to help with the tactical delivery when needed to facilitate a seamless merge. There’s a preference for someone with healthcare / medical devices experience, so candidates with this background will be preferred. Some external comms experience would be useful too.
