£400 p/d | 3-months | Hybrid
An exciting opportunity to join a well-known organisation at a particularly busy period. Sitting in a team of nine and reporting into the Head of Communications, this three-month contract will suit someone who has the ability to hit the ground running and support with two core requirements: event organisation and leadership communications.
This organisation understands the power of internal events with a leadership offsite scheduled for April, monthly SLT meetings and regular CEO Q&A sessions to help organise. The successful candidate will have significant event management experience and bring a calmness and high levels of organisation whilst having a flair for creativity. This is a dual strategic and tactical role, supporting an IC Executive so line management and/or mentoring experience is required.
The successful candidate will also have the gravitas to work closely with, and advise, senior leaders on comms best practice, playing a key role in shaping the organisations’ key messaging and tone of voice. Digital channel management experience is also required, particularly intranet and Viva Engage. With an office first hybrid approach, you’ll be required to work three days per week in the West Sussex office and this role has a start date of no later than the 7th April.
