Internal & Change Communications Specialist

The role:

We’re looking for an experienced internal and change communications specialist to support a leading global professional services business during a period of significant change. Sitting in the programme team and reporting into the Programme Director, this role will play a key role in communicating the business-wide transformation programme, acting as the communications lead for the project. They’ll be responsible for designing and delivering communications that will drive the project forward and effectively engage teams across the organisation. 

This role would suit an experienced, strategic communicator who has worked in complex environments, sometimes with challenging stakeholders. They’ll need to be resilient and bring gravitas, with the ability to advise C-suite. Experience working on a target operating model change, restructure or something similar is desirable. 

Role requirements:

  • Strong global change communications experience, ideally supporting large transformation programmes
  • Proven ability to advise/influence executive level stakeholders
  • Ability to deal with an ever-changing programme environment
  • Comfortable working at both a strategic and delivery level
