We’re working with a genuinely great, purpose-driven international organisation looking for a Programme Communications Lead to support an important strategic change programme. It’s a 2-year fixed-term contract, paying £78–90k + 10% bonus and strong benefits, with a late November / early December start. The organisation has around 1,500 people and a really good culture.

I’m keen to speak to someone with a strong background in IT/technology change communications, ideally with experience supporting international programmes in interim or contract roles. You’ll be working closely with change managers and programme teams, helping shape the communications strategy while also getting stuck into the hands-on delivery. Someone who’s confident with stakeholders, collaborative, flexible and happy to roll up their sleeves would be a great fit.

The role is London or Edinburgh-based and suits someone already based in the UK, as there’s a fair bit of travel involved, typically around 4 days a week across central London and European offices, with overnight stays and travel most weeks (roughly 3 weeks out of 4). It’s a meaningful, strategic programme, but not a huge, multi-million-pound global transformation, so it’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making a real difference without getting lost in layers of corporate complexity.
