Internal Communications Business Partner

We’ve partnered exclusively with a global FTSE 250 business to find them an experienced communications business partner on an initial 6-month contract. 

This role will partner with the people team as they plan for an increased volume of critical projects covering areas from talent and reward to security and health and safety. The hiring manager is specifically looking for candidates who have partnered with an HR function before, working closely with a HR Director/ Chief People Officer. 

Other areas of experience required include working in a global business and being comfortable communicating with both office and non-office based employees. This role would suit a confident self-starter who can build relationships quickly in a complex business.

Although the head office is in London, the business has a very flexible working policy and it’s likely there will only be an expectation to be in the office one day a week. 

 Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, people-led communications across multiple channels and regions
  • Plan and lead impactful campaigns on talent, L&D, wellbeing, inclusion, and safety
  • Drive engagement through events like townhalls, webinars, and Q&A sessions
  • Use colleague survey insights to shape engagement strategies and action plans

Skills and experience required

  • Experienced Business Partner to a People function
  • A confident communicator, skilled at turning complex topics into clear, engaging messages
  • Experienced in delivering multi-channel communication campaigns in global settings
  • Highly organised with strong project and stakeholder management skills
