Brand & Content Leader

£110k – £120k  |  Perm  | Berkshire (3 days p/w in office)

We are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a large organisation in Berkshire to search for a Brand and Content Leader to join the team. This role will lead the development and execution of a compelling brand and content strategy that enhances corporate reputation, drives engagement across stakeholders and supports business goals. The role is pivotal in shaping how the organisation is perceived internally and externally, so the successful candidate will ensure consistency, creativity and impact across all brand touchpoints. A key focus of this role will be to build/lead an editorial function that delivers clear, engaging, high-quality content aligned to the organisation’s strategic narrative.

The role has accountability for:

  • Brand Strategy – defining and evolving the corporate brand strategy in alignment with business objectives and values.
  • Content and Channel Leadership – leading the creation and delivery of high-impact content across multiple channels.
  • Editorial Management – establishing an editorial strategy and governance framework to ensure content quality, consistency and alignment with brand tone and voice.
  • Agency Management – developing strong partnerships with internal colleagues and external agencies to oversee quality, consistency and innovation in all creative production.

You will need to be:

  • A confident and collaborative leader – you are an experienced brand and content leader, able to develop a brand strategy that reflects the organisation’s purpose, culture and ambition.
  • An exceptional brand specialist – you are comfortable owning the brand architecture, visual identity, tone of voice and brand guidelines, ensuring adoption across the organisation.
  • Editor-in-chief – you can lead flagship content initiatives, including thought leadership, executive comms and corporate storytelling.
  • A champion for AI and innovation – you can do this across content formats, channels and storytelling techniques.
