Experience required:

• A proven track record as a senior change communications leader
• Hands-on M&A communications experience on a global programme
• Experience working internationally, across multiple regions and cultures
• The ability to operate as both a strategic lead and a hands-on doer
• High emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder judgement, and a creative mindset suited to complex change environments

This is a high-visibility role requiring immediate impact, senior credibility, and confidence leading communications through complex global M&A activity.
