£110k – £120k | Perm | Berkshire (3 days p/w in office)
We are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a large organisation in Berkshire to search for a Communications Business Partnering Leader to join the team. This role works across leadership comms, business unit comms and change comms. The successful candidate will be a confident and collaborative leader with extensive expertise in internal comms, change comms, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
The role has accountability for:
- Team Leadership – lead and develop team, set direction, develop a high-performance culture
- Strategic Integration – integrate comms plans across all business areas, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities
- Stakeholder Management – be the senior point of contact for ExCo and functional leaders
- Change Communications – provide leadership and oversight across multiple change programmes
You will need to be:
- A confident and collaborative leader – you are an experienced internal communications leader with gravitas and resilience. You can coach/mentor team members, as well as winning the confidence/trust of ExCo, board members and some external stakeholder groups too.
- An exceptional communicator – you are someone who leads with integrity and empathy in a high profile, high impact role.
- A strategic thinker with business, commercial and financial acumen – you can align comms and engagement to corporate objectives.
- A creative individual – you can evidence creative thinking and embrace AI/innovation, while always maintaining a solution-orientated approach.
