If you are a candidate looking for a permie role as Head of IC in a fintech organisation which is changing fast and scaling up, this one could be for you.

✔ 10 years’ IC experience including CEO and executive comms
✔ Experience in fintech start up/scaling up is preferred
✔ Comms experience in a listed company preferred
✔ Strengths in change/transformation comms and driving engagement
✔ Track record in supporting culture change and ways of working
✔ Adaptable with fresh, original ideas
✔ Strategic thinker, a doer, commercially aware
✔ Articulate, resilient and energetic outlook

This is a new role, City-based and employees work 2 days a week / 8 days a month on site.

Successful applicants will be comfortable working without a team and already be on a salary above £80K.
