Role:
✔ Blend of strategic and implementation
✔ Business partner across People, IT & Innovation, Ops & Strategy, DEI
✔ Reporting into Head of Comms with one direct (digital specialist) report
✔ You should ideally offer financial services comms experience
Ideal Candidate:
✔ 10 years’ internal comms/employee engagement experience
✔ All-round IC expert: BAU/projects to campaigns, events & content
✔ Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
✔ Adaptable, smart, creative and resilient, comfortable with complexity
✔ Available for quick start (October if possible)
Details:
✔ Full time, 2 days in City office
