We’re pleased to partner exclusively with a company going through growth as they look to appoint two Internal Communications Business Partners to join their established team. 

These roles would suit high-performing, proactive communications who can work both tactically and strategically. There will be a nice blend of BAU comms work as well as change and transformation activity so do get in touch if you’re familiar and comfortable working on both. As the title suggests, there will be a strong element of partnering senior leaders in different business units, so stakeholder management and relationship building are two key skills required.

The company operates a hybrid working model with several offices across the UK, so as long as you’re comfortable with occasional travel. The hiring manager is looking for someone to start late September so do apply if you have a short notice period or are immediately available.
