Internal Communications Manager

The role:

We’ve partnered exclusively with a leading transportation company to find them a creative Internal Communications Manager with lots of energy and the ability to bring new ideas to the corporate communications function. This is a permanent role and is paying up to £49k. The organisation has 17 regional offices across the country from Northumberland to North Devon, and the successful candidate can work from any of these ‘hubs’, two days per week. 

This role would suit a communications professional who has expertise engaging a remote workforce as the vast majority of the organisation’s 20,000+ employees are non-office based. Reporting into the newly appointed Head of Communications and working very closely with the CPO and wider comms team, the hiring manager is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and lead on campaigns. They’ll work both strategically and tactically to drive the IC agenda forward with their creativity and fresh ideas.
