People, Transformation & Executive Communications Lead
Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Communications, this new role will be a senior member of the global IC team (and wider communications function) for an organisation that has experienced remarkable growth in recent times. This includes expansion geographically on the road to becoming a truly global organisation, as well as the integration of several key acquisitions.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of priority transformation comms to global leaders and employees, providing them with clarity on transformation priorities and progress. The role will be responsible for providing expert strategic counsel whilst collaborating with senior HR, Strategy and Finance leaders, leading end-to-end development and execution of highly effective and engaging internal communications with minimal oversight. Knowledge and experience of complex change and transformation communications, people engagement and delivering culture change with measurable business impact at a global organisation is vital.
