Interim Internal & Change Comms Lead

The role:

We’ve partnered exclusively with a global fintech company to find them an exceptional change communications professional on a part-time basis, paying up to £600 per day (outside IR35). 

This role will be the change communications lead for an upcoming organisation design project and will work closely with Exco to create the comms strategy to inform and engage the global workforce throughout.   

Experience leading the comms for a major company restructure would be advantageous, as would recent experience working in the fintech sector.
