Comma will hold its first virtual get-together on 16 July at 4.30 for around 45 mins – 60 mins. Entitled: Resilience and You, the session is tailored for interims who are currently between assignments and whose next career move has been impacted by Covid19. There are two aspects to this event: one is to provide you, as someone who is not working and wants or needs to, with an opportunity to reflect on your own wellbeing and resilience. Secondly we will explore what part resilience might play in a post-Covid workplace as employees adjust to new ways of working, and specifically the role communications and change specialists could play in facilitating this.
We will be joined by Jean Burke a former colleague from Comma Consulting who is now a qualified psychotherapist and provides coaching, wellbeing and psychological support services for leaders and frontline teams within the NHS.
This will be a Zoom event with some time in small breakouts. There are 20 places available so these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and we will also run a waiting list if more people are interested. Please reply immediately if you would like to book a place to firstname.lastname@example.org.
