Comma Partners takes the ‘We Show the Salary’ pledge

by 20 May 2025

After recently sharing a post on social media about the frustrations of organisations advertising vacancies without a salary banding, we were met with widespread agreement and support. Not only does this practice make it harder for job seekers to know which roles to apply to, but it also further promotes pay inequality.

We were subsequently introduced to a newly formed non-profit campaigning for social change on salary transparency, aptly named ‘We Show the Salary’. Founded in January 2025, We Show the Salary brings together employers and stakeholders from across the UK to deliver lasting change in what’s acceptable when it comes to job ads and salary information.

We’re proud to be the newest member to officially ‘take the pledge’ to show the salary on all job adverts that we post and will continue to work with We Show the Salary to raise the profile of this important issue. Joining over 100 organisations of varying sizes from AEG Europe and The Co-op to Devon Air Ambulance and Pregnant then screwed (another cause we feel strongly about), we look forward to seeing 100s more recruitment companies and businesses doing the same thing!
