Matt Gibbs joins Comma Partners this week as a Lead Consultant and Associate Director. As now, Matt will focus primarily on the UK interim market across internal comms, change communication and employee engagement in which Comma has specialised for 17 years.
Matt is a highly talented recruiter with eight years’ experience in the internal comms industry, most recently as Associate Director – Interim Communications Recruitment at VMA Group. Previously, Matt spent a couple of years in-house, specialising in Marketing on the back of his degree. He has an excellent reputation among clients and candidates, and we are really pleased that Matt will be joining the team.
We will now gently begin the transition of Comma’s leadership to the next generation. I am not going anywhere and will continue to manage client assignments with the support of the team.
Following the appointments of Andy Macleod and Louise White, Matt will be the third consultant to join us since 2021. Andy will now be taking on more business management responsibilities alongside his phenomenal talent as a communications recruiter. Already an accomplished interim specialist, Andy has seamlessly extended our offer to include senior level permanent hires. The lovely Louise – recently returned from a secondment client-side and the Olympics (my, what a year) – will continue to service the mid-market UK wide with permanent and interim placements while leading on our marketing and event activity.
